At PULLIN, every garment is the result of true craftsmanship. To better understand all the stages of manufacturing our collections, we had the opportunity to visit several of our Portuguese partners' workshops, including Mermaid Cotton and JoBarros.

From material development to shipping, we discovered the trades and the people who bring each of our pieces to life.

Expertise at every step

Manufacturing a garment is about more than just sewing.

Over the course of our visit, we explored pattern making, fabric production, dyeing, screen printing, printing, sewing, laundry, quality control, and finally, shipping.

Each workshop has its own expertise, but all share the same standard: producing high-quality clothing down to the smallest detail.

Finishing touches that make the difference

The "washed" effects on some of our pieces are achieved directly in Portugal. The garments are placed in large machines to obtain a unique, slightly worn-in look.

We also discovered the screen printing process used for some of our graphic tees. Patterns are created color by color using specific frames, before being permanently set on the textile through a heating tunnel.

But the finishing doesn't stop there. Every label is sewn with precision by the manufacturing teams, and on our boxers, the elastic waistband is assembled with the same care. Throughout the manufacturing process, each piece is checked multiple times to ensure impeccable quality before it is shipped.

Throughout our visit, we discovered the importance placed on quality control. At every stage of manufacturing, materials, seams, prints, and finishes are meticulously checked to ensure a product that meets the brand's requirements.

Nothing is left to chance: every detail counts before a garment leaves the workshop.
