Welcome to the PULLIN offices
Welcome to the PULLIN offices
Behind every collection, every photo shoot, every order, or every social media post, there is a team that imagines, creates, and brings PULLIN to life every day.
Today, we are opening the doors to our offices for you.
A space in our image
Our offices reflect what makes up PULLIN's DNA.
Board sports and extreme sports, cinema, music, the great outdoors, the forest, and the spirit of the South-West all naturally come together here. Between posters, decorative objects, mood boards, and iconic pieces from the brand, every space tells a little bit of our story.
At the heart of the offices is also our famous inspiration wall, which brings together everything that inspires us on a daily basis: visuals, posters, graphic references, photos, objects, and ideas that fuel our future projects.
Outside, it is impossible to miss Manu's shack. Much more than just a shelter, it has become a true meeting place. It is where our pétanque tournaments, certain team lunches, and numerous convivial moments that punctuate life at PULLIN take place.
A place where we feel at home, conducive to both creativity and moments of sharing.
A day at PULLIN
The day begins at 9:00 am.
The teams take their places in the open-plan office, organized by department: marketing and communication, design, accounting, business development, and the retail network. Everyone makes progress on their projects, while remaining just a few steps away from others for easy collaboration.
Just below the offices is our warehouse, where the logistics teams prepare orders for our customers and stores every day.
Around 10:30 am, it’s the appointment no one misses: the coffee break. A time when the whole team gets together to chat, share a few anecdotes, joke around, and take a real break before resuming the morning.
At 12:30 pm, it’s time for lunch. Some go home, while others stay to eat in the office kitchen. Some even use this break to get a bit of exercise… or take a quick nap before getting back to it.
At 2:00 pm, the day resumes. Depending on the projects, we go from meetings and brainstorming sessions to preparing photo shoots, coordinating between departments, or simply working on individual tasks.
Then, at 5:30 pm, the computers are closed and the day comes to an end.
More than an office
PULLIN offices are, above all, a place to live.
Between the banter, the bursts of laughter, the boss's playlists playing in the background, and the dogs of some staff members that come to spend the afternoon with us, there is a friendly atmosphere where everyone finds their place.
Because we spend a large part of our days together, we place great importance on this atmosphere. Working seriously, without ever taking ourselves too seriously, is part of the PULLIN spirit.
It is undoubtedly this mix of creativity, passion, and good humor that accompanies each of our projects.
